What is a Ai Voicemail?

• It's a way of sending a voicemail to someone, without them answering the phone. They may get a missed call for a second or 2, but otherwise it will leave a voicemail with them as long as voicemail is enabled. The voices are hyper realistic, and it adds the personal touch.

Do I have to bring my own Twilio account?

• Yes, you setup a twilio account to send the calls through, it takes a few minutes to setup and attach to your Topa account.

How many voices do you have?

• We have some curated voices which we love, because they sound so realistic. But you can attach your own elevenlabs.io account and bring 5000+ voices.

Can I clone my own voice?

• Yes, using your elevenlabs.io account. However, we think the key to successful Ai Voicemail campaigns is having hyper realistic voices, if you clone your voice with 2 minutes of audio and don't use a decent microphone, you won't get as good of a result as the professionally curated voices we offer, or are available on elevenlabs.

Do you have an API?

• You can send voicemails using webhooks, Zapier, N8N, Make.com, we don't yet support other functions.

How do Ai Voicemails work?

• We make 2 calls, call A is sent first, and call B is sent once we know call A is ringing, most of the time this forces call B to go straight to voicemail. It works perfectly if someone has voicemail enabled, and does not have call waiting enabled. If they have call waiting enabled, call B might ring for longer before connecting to voicemail.

• We have some status codes you might want explaining, but are pretty much self explanatory:

• Call B ended with status busy (no voicemail detected)

• Invalid phone number

• Call B ended with status: no-answer (no voicemail detected)

• Human Answered - This means in the 1-2 seconds the phone rang, someone answered so we aborted leaving a voicemail. This can happen if call divert is not enabled on the destination phone.

• Non-machine answer: unknown (no voicemail detected)

• Call A ended with status: Failed (This is often a invalid number or call failed for another reason).

Which countries can I send Ai Voicemails To

• You can send to every country, but you may need to enable geographic permissions in Twilio. Check here.

• Each countries Voicemail system is a little different, we tune the algorithm to work differently in each country for best results.

• We’ve listened to thousands of voicemails, and if your voicemail records show a successful voicemail has been sent, it will be 99%+ accurate for UK and 97%+ for the USA. We are constantly improving our Tech.
