Linkedin URL Blacklist

Block LinkedIn profile URLs so those people stop receiving LinkedIn Automation messages. This is separate from the Ai Voicemail / SMS Blacklist — phone blacklist entries do not apply to LinkedIn outreach.

Step 1: Open Blacklist

1. Log in to Topa

2. In the sidebar, open LinkedIn Automation

3. Click Blacklist

Step 2: Add a LinkedIn URL

1. Enter a LinkedIn profile URL (for example https://www.linkedin.com/in/example/)

2. Click Add URL

The URL appears in the list with its source and the date it was added.

Step 3: Blacklist From Inbox

You can also blacklist from a LinkedIn conversation in Inbox:

1. Open the conversation

2. Click Blacklist

3. Confirm to add that profile URL to the LinkedIn URL blacklist

Matching leads stop receiving further LinkedIn automation messages. A LinkedIn URL is required for this action.

Step 4: What Happens When Someone Is Blacklisted

• Blacklisted URLs are blocked from LinkedIn Automation outreach

• Existing queue leads for that URL are filtered out and marked Blacklisted

• They will not receive further sequence steps

Step 5: Remove a URL

1. On the Blacklist page, find the URL

2. Click Delete

3. Confirm Remove from blacklist?

Important Notes

• This list uses LinkedIn profile URLs, not names or companies

• It does not control Ai Voicemail or SMS — use Settings → Ai Voicemail / SMS Blacklist for that

• There is no CSV upload on the LinkedIn URL Blacklist page
