Creating and Using a Cloned Voice

Step 1 — Open the Clone Voice Page

From your Topa.io dashboard:

• Navigate to the Clone Voice page

Step 2 — Record a Voice Sample

To create a new voice clone:

• Click Start Recording

• Read the provided script

• Speak clearly and naturally

• Click Stop Recording when finished

Topa.io only requires approximately 10 seconds of audio to generate a voice clone.

Step 3 — Enter Voice Details

After recording:

• Enter a Voice Name

• Enter a Description

Choose a name and description that will help you easily identify the voice later when creating campaigns.

Step 4 — Generate the Voice Clone

Once the recording and details have been entered:

• Click Clone

Topa.io will process the recording and generate your cloned voice.

Step 5 — (Optional) Upload an Audio File Instead

If you already have a recording available:

• Click Upload

• Select your audio file

• Enter a Voice Name

• Enter a Description

• Click Clone

This option is particularly useful when creating voice clones for clients or team members.

Step 6 — Generate a Preview

After the voice has been created:

• Click Generate Preview

• Listen to the generated sample

This allows you to review the quality and accuracy of the cloned voice before using it in a campaign.

Step 7 — Refine the Voice if Needed

If you're not satisfied with the generated result:

• Create another clone using a new recording

• Try speaking more clearly or naturally

• Generate another preview

It may take a few attempts to achieve the desired result, especially when working with short audio samples.

Using Your Cloned Voice in Campaigns

Once your cloned voice has been created, it becomes available as an AI Voice option when creating campaigns.

You can use cloned voices for:

• AI voicemail campaigns

• Personalized outreach

• Agency and client campaigns

• Sales and follow-up workflows

This allows you to deliver AI-generated voicemails using a voice that sounds familiar and personal to your prospects.
