Whitelabel / Staff Users

With Topa.io, you can create a fully white-label login for clients or staff members who need limited access to specific campaign data. This lets agencies provide reporting access without revealing the Topa.io platform, and ensures users only see the information you choose. Follow the steps below to set up a white-label (limited access) user.

Example Whitelabel Login

Step 1 — Add a New User

From your Topa.io dashboard:

  • Click New User

  • Enter the user’s email

  • Click Generate Password to create their login credentials

Step 2 — Upload or Select a Logo

You can:

  • Upload a new logo

  • Or select an existing logo from your library

This logo will appear on their white-label dashboard.

Step 3 — Select Page Access

Choose which pages the user can access:

  • Enrichment page

  • Inbound Calls page

  • SMS Replies page

Step 4 — Choose Which Campaigns They Can See

Select the campaigns this user should have visibility into.

The campaigns you select will filter the data shown on:

  • Inbound calls

  • SMS replies

  • Enrichment results

Users will only see data from the campaigns you assign to them.

Step 5 — Create User and Share Their Login

Click Create User.

You can copy these details and send them to your user.

White-Label Behaviour

If the user logs in through the provided link:

  • Nothing on the page references Topa

  • No Topa branding appears

  • No identifiable Topa code is visible in the source

This allows you to give your customers (for example, agency clients) clean, branded access without exposing the Topa.io platform.
