Billing - A Guide to Our Billing

Topa.io’s billing consists of:

1) Subscriptions which unlock more campaigns and features, with these packages you get some free credits.

2) Credits which can be used to send voicemails and enrich cell phones automatically or manually.

Step 1 — Credit options

You have three ways to manage your credits:

  1. Subscription – Commit to a package for some free credits each month and additional features.

  2. One-off top-up – Purchase credits whenever you need them, without a subscription.

  3. Auto-recharge – Let the system automatically top up your balance so you never run out. (You need the 99usd package for this feature).

Step 2 — How pricing works

  • Base rate: When you first sign up, credits cost $0.05 per credit.

  • Higher packages: If you upgrade, credits can go down to $0.045 per credit.

  • Higher packages: Have more Auto Campaigns allowed.

  • Twilio costs: You’ll also pay your Twilio call costs separately.

Step 3 — Subscriptions and benefits

  • With a higher-tier subscription, you not only get cheaper credits but also more features.

  • For example, the $499 plan includes unlimited auto campaigns in addition to reduced credit pricing.

Step 4 — Managing billing

Inside your Topa.io account, you can easily:

  • Update and manage your payment methods

  • View your billing history

  • Adjust your subscription or recharge settings
