Step 1 — Open Get Cellphone

1. Log in to your Topa.io account.

2. Click the phone icon in the sidebar.

3. The Get Cellphone page opens.

Step 2 — Enter the Lead’s LinkedIn URL or Email

1. In the Enter a valid LinkedIn Profile URL or Email field, paste the lead’s LinkedIn profile URL or email address.

2. Click Submit.

Step 3 — Review the Result

The result appears in the table below the search field.

• Source: the date and time of the request, and where it came from (e.g. Manual).

• Lead Details: the lead’s name, headline, and company.

• Status: shows Success when the lead was enriched.

Step 4 — Reveal and Copy the Number

1. Click Show Number to view the cellphone number.

2. Click Copy Number to copy it.

If an email address was also found, you can click Send Email or Copy Email. Use the LinkedIn and Website links to view the lead’s profile and company website.

Step 5 — View the Full Record

1. Click Show Details to expand the Full Record Details.

2. Review the lead’s information. This includes location, contact email and email status, company name, industry, company size, LinkedIn URLs, company phone, and enriched phone.

3. Click Copy as JSON to copy the full record.

Step 6 — Take the Next Action

From the Actions column:

• Add to Campaign: add the lead to one of your campaigns.

• Start Conversation: begin outreach with the lead. [CONFIRM: what this opens]

Find and Export Results

• Use the Campaign, Search, Status, and Date filters, then click Filter to find past lookups.

• Click Export Data to download your results.

Special Function: Get Cellphone from the Inbox

You can find a lead’s number and message them on WhatsApp without leaving the Inbox.

1. Click Inbox in the sidebar.

2. (Optional) Turn on the Replied toggle to show only leads who have replied.

3. Find the lead and click Get Cellphone in the Actions column.

4. If a number is found, the button changes to show the lead’s phone number.

5. Click Copy to copy the number.

6. Click Send WhatsApp to message the lead.

Note: A cellphone number may not be found for every lead.

Best Practice

After a lead replies positively on LinkedIn, use Get Cellphone in the Inbox and follow up with Send WhatsApp. This moves the conversation to a second channel while the lead is still engaged.
