Using WhatsApp in Topa.io

With Topa.io, you can connect your WhatsApp account to chat with leads in the inbox. Follow the steps below to connect WhatsApp and start using it in Topa.io.

Sending outreach via Whatsapp breaks their terms and conditions and may lead to having your account blocked. We highly recommend using a secondary number and not to exceed 15-20 outreach messages per day.

Step 1 — Open WhatsApp Settings

From your Topa.io dashboard:

  • Select WhatsApp from the left-hand menu

Step 2 — Enter Your WhatsApp Details

Fill in the required fields:

  • Enter a Friendly Name (e.g. Outreach number or similar)

  • Enter your Phone Number

Step 3 — Connect Using QR Code

  • Click Connect with QR Code

  • A QR code will appear on your screen

Step 4 — Scan the QR Code via WhatsApp

On your mobile device:

  • Open your WhatsApp application

  • Scan the QR code displayed in Topa.io

Once scanned, your WhatsApp account will be connected to Topa.io.

Step 5 — Manage Conversations in Inbox

You can communicate with leads directly inside Topa.io:

  • Chat with leads via SMS

  • Chat with leads via WhatsApp

All conversations can be managed from the Inbox.
