Cellphone Enrichment

With Topa.io, you can quickly enrich a record using a LinkedIn ID or business email. The system will return a phone number and additional business information that you can use for campaigns or exports. Follow the steps below to run a cellphone enrichment.

Step 1 — Enter a LinkedIn ID or Business Email

From your Cellphone Enrichment page:

  • Type the LinkedIn ID or business email of the contact you want to enrich.

  • Click Submit.

Topa.io will return enrichment results instantly or within a few minutes.

Step 2 — Review the Enrichment Results

Once the enrichment is complete, you will see:

  • Phone number

  • Business information

  • Full record details

This data is automatically saved to your enrichment list.

Enrichment Status Notes:

  • Success – A valid cell phone number was found.

  • Success – DNC – A cell phone number was found, but the number is listed on a government Do Not Call registry (e.g. TPS / CTPS in the UK). You should follow local compliance rules before contacting these numbers.

Step 3 — Add the Result to a Campaign (Optional)

If you'd like to take action with the enriched data:

  • Click Add to Campaign.

  • Choose the campaign where you want the contact added.

You can add individual results or multiple results depending on your workflow.

Step 4 — Search, Filter, and Manage Your Enrichments

Use the search and filter options to organize your enriched records:

  • Search by name, status, or campaign name

  • Filter enrichments that came from:

    • Manual enrichment

    • Auto-enrichment (see separate guide)

    • Instantly.ai integration

    • SmartLead integration

This makes it easy to track how your data was generated.

Step 5 — Export Your Enriched Data (Optional)

You can export your enriched results at any time.

  • Click Export to download your enrichment list as a file.

  • Use the exported data for campaigns, external workflows, or reporting.

Enable Enrich B2B Contacts

You can enable Enrich B2B Contacts in the campaign settings if you want Topa.io to look up mobile numbers for B2B leads.

  • Cost:

    • USA Cell Phone Enrichments Cost 1.0 Credit if Topa.io finds a cell phone. This has 30-50% coverage.

    • For USA Campaigns, you can also enable Premium Enrichment by toggling it on. With Premium Enrichment, first we will try and find a cell phone for 1.0 credit and if we cannot find one, we use a waterfall method to look for a cell phone.

    • Premium / International (Outside Of USA) Enrichments Cost 4.5 credits if Topa.io finds a cell phone, and 0.5 credits if we only find a Email/Linkedin. Premium enrichment has 50-90% coverage depending on country. USA and UK is 90%+

quick note: Enabling enrichment is optional but recommended for B2B lists where phone numbers are missing.
